Mausoleum of Galla Placidia - Ceiling and Four walls

The mausoleum of Galla Placidia was built by the daughter of Emperor Theodorico in the early 5th century as her burial tomb. Whereas San Vitale and San Apollinare Nuovo are very green, this space was very blue.

It is not very large; perhaps no more than 2 dozen people could fit in it comfortably.

other sizes: small medium original auto
