The hunt for 'Bella' the Leopard of Big Cat diary fame.

Leopards are extremely shy, mostly nocturnal cats, who spend most of their day in hiding. They are well camouflaged and are extremely hard to spot amongst the trees, rocks and bushes where they hide.

We never found 'Bella' despite leaving the camp early at 6am and spending six and a half hours out looking. Breakfast was taken next to the Talek River (home of Bella).
