I typically make a weekend trip each year to Lake Tahoe, a gorgeous destination in the Sierra Nevada that is just a couple hours away. Often I make the trek in mid-winder to take in the grandeur while it is blanketed in under deep snow; this time, it was on fine autumn weekend. Photos by Alan Sheckter / AlSheck@comcast.net.
