These photos were taken on a busy couple of days between Christmas and New Year's, 2009. Activities included the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, as well as a stroll at Muir Woods National Monument, a waterfront walk in picturesque Sausalito, and an intimate concert with Further, featuring members of The Grateful Dead, at the 200-capacity Masonic Center in Mill Valley, Calif.
