I rolled down to San Francisco on December 30, 2011, just for the one night of Furthur's (Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, etc.) three-night run at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. I was back home the next night, ringing in the new year closer to home. At the show I hung out up front for the first set and retreated upstairs for second set. Got a few OK shots with a little camera; I did not have a photo credential for this one. The show included some pretty powerful stuff including a medley of fiercely epic second-set songs that were featured long ago on the old "Live Dead" album: "Death Don't Have No Mercy," "The Eleven," "Turn on Your Lovelight."
