ALO - full name Animal Liberation Orchestra - teamed up with The California Honeydrops for an inspored evening of jamming and danceable music on February 9 at the packed-to-its-220-capacity Chico Women's Club in Chico, California. ALO proved why it should be included in any conversation of top current jambands, and the California Honeydrops nicely offered its spirited mix of New Orleans-style jazz / blues / rock mix.
