This was the first time I cooked a sirloin roast at low temperature (70c) for about 6 hours. The meat turned out to be perfectly pink. I then sliced the roast into steaks and grilled to order. Alan likes it well done - 2 minutes each side. The kids and I like it quite pink - 1 minute each side. It's well worth the extra time in the oven.
