Missing a couple obvious things as seen in the photo here (bass drum hoop and head)

It's also missing a lug on the Floor Tom. I don't remember any lugs missing when I took it all apart but I'm getting old so the memory isn't what it used to be.

I put the EAD10 on this thing and it sounds real good! I was shocked! I'm a little concerned about having the Toms mounted on the bass drum without a hoop for the added support. I may take those off tomorrow. I really don't want to break that shell!!!

And yes, those are the cymbals that came with the kit (plus 3 or 4 more) but the stands are from my other kit. I haven't had time to clean the stands that came with it but I will very soon!
