Good ol' Photoshop does the trick. Most of the work was achieved with ver. 7, which has plenty of bells & whistles to do the job, but I have upgraded to CS3.
thank you for the comment on the retouched photo in my gallery, and I took your invitation to view your galleries. What fun! All the retouching is amazing, and this must have been the most difficult! Very well done.
