Our neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks, so we generally walk Kona in the street.
These days sunrise is late and sunset comes early. A flashing LED light (the kind
that bicyclists use) for early morning and evening walks seems a reasonable precaution
in view of the many people who drive far too fast down our street.
