Christine Lallouette Lagarde, French Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, was an exchange student in the U.S. and graduated from my daughter's school. She spoke there yesterday, while in Washington for the International Monetary Fund meetings, and after her talk she presented a French flag to the school.
