The book says that "FRAP" stands for "Frequent Random Activity Period." “Frenetic” would be more like it.
Whatever it’s called, Kona had one this evening--running around the kitchen like a maniac carrying and/or chasing his tire.
He actually had it rolling for a while. I wish I could have gotten a shot of him running around with the thing on his snout,
but he was moving much too fast. It's too cold to go for a long walk (for us, not him) and I guess he had to blow off some steam.
