i was a young assisant steward when with a friend jack burke we missed ship in dakar. sailed with mn till after the war and then joined the british para regiment. am now retired forfd motor toolmakeer living in michican

i missed ship in dakar after taking greek refudees to daresalaam. i also remember diving off the boat deck with friend ron sherry. the carpenter made me a trophy
