While our allotted time in the Galapagos was up and we had already stretched it from the allotted three days to three weeks, we weren’t quite ready to leave yet and so we found a little cove inside a bunch of mangroves where we could hide out without anyone noticing until we were ready to face the 3,000 miles passage from there to the Marquesas in French Polynesia.
