While we were there Maurice said he was building a bar in the back of his store and Bob and Kristi on Skylark offered to paint a mural on the wall of the bar. We all got into the act and named it the Taiohae Bay Yacht Club. (When Kitty and I returned in 1988, Maurice remembered us and took us into what was then his bedroom to proudly show us the mural we and the Skylark crew had painted.)
