The ball in this position seems to be the result of up throw in having gone to Milan defender Filippo Terracciano (#38) on the right, who booted it back towards his teammates midfielder Kevin Zeroli (#85, the guy in the centre of the group of 3) and striker Noah Okafor (#17, on the right).

Our defensive line is well-positioned to stop any attack, but equally 18 year old (or at least, he turned 18 only a couple of weeks before this match) forward-in-training Manuel Nardozi charges towards the rear of the field, determined to recover the ball. (As you would expect from a fellow born Roman.)

Spoiler alert: Unfortunately, he didn't quite make it. Milan fullback Álex Jiménez (#74) (on the left) managed to get to it (or more precisely the ball managed to get to him) before Nardozi could get there. Jiménez would manage to get a shot off, but it would be comfortably stopped by goalkeeper Pietro Boer.
