A few photos back... actually it was almost 10 months earlier and I've no idea how I'm ever going to get this gallery up to date, but I digress... I posted "Olive: Misleading Portrait Of A Lady (Sat 24 Jun 23)".
Olive is a Dachshund that I was puppy sitting at the time. Olive is also very needy, so as a result she got an adopted little sister, Coco.
This is Coco, who had just been in for her snippy-snippy operation and needed somewhere quiet to stay while she recovered.
Not that it was all THAT quiet since she kept squeaking that she was lonely and missing her family. Although I watch little TV these days the only way I could settle her down was to turn on Stan (a local streaming service), fire up the series Commissario Ricciardi, and let her snuggle up alongside me on the couch as I took a trip back to 1930s Napoli and got my brain into gear to use "voi" as the second person formal. (It's an Italian thing, don't worry if you don't get it.)
However we did of course have to venture outside for "business" on occasion. In this shot we find her with a prized stick, clearly deep in thought and pondering deep philosophical issues.
Like "Beef, or chicken?", perhaps.
