Once upon a time, if you were really nice to the cabin staff and the captain was in a good mood, you'd be able to go up into the cabin during a flight.
The only way you can do that these days is to spend 5 years to get yourself certified on the 747 or whatever other form of aircraft you wish to view from the flight deck.
For now, this is as close as we are likely to get.
This is Qantas 747-400 VH-OJT (a.k.a. "Fraser Island") which I discussed in the previous shot. From here, we can see some of the faces and limbs on the flight deck as well as one of the forward entry cabin doors.
