Again this is a far from ideal photograph, with a significant amount of internal reflection. I'm not completely sure how I shot this, but it would have almost certainly been out of the side window because from the position that I was sitting in, there is no way that I could have shot to the front without getting the pilot, other passenger, or window frame in the shot.
It appears that we reverse direction back to the east, because if this is not looking straight down on the previously mentioned Spit Bridge, I don't know what would be.
As I mentioned in a previous commentary, this bridge opens to accommodate vessels passing. The area beyond the bridge is Middle Harbour, which I have discussed a number of times in past images.
