Between the church of St Martin-in-the-Fields and the National Gallery there is a roadway. And on that roadway is a hotel which has a rather interesting sculpture sitting above the corner of the building. I imagine that if the barrel was to be rolled out onto the heads of a few drunks, it would make an appreciable impact.

The building sitting behind the Chandos is the English National Opera building.
