Not the finest shot I've ever taken, but that is true of all the shots that I took this day. On this occasion I was probably channelling the Sydney Morning Herald's annual 1440 exhibition which has shots of ordinary people in ordinary circumstances. However they seem to be a little bit more interesting than this one.
This woman is taking her hot and tired dog for a walk past the stands of the Chinese New Year lunar markets in Pyrmont Bay Park. Portaloos and garbage bins form a line leading into her and the food stalls beyond.
Yes, it's ordinary; but then that was the intention of this particular series of shots anyway. Hence the title.
