The second day in Perth saw us heading to the nearby port city of Fremantle, home of the once-notorious Fremantle prison, a raft of maritime museums including the skeletal remains of a Dutch ship from centuries ago, and some rather nice eateries like the Il Cibo café where we stopped for breakfast.
