I didn't get this exactly the way I wanted it. I saw the birds standing widely spaced on the concrete wharf and decided to try to have them form an honour guard for the water taxi that had just departed from the pier.

Unfortunately I miss judge the distance ever so slightly as a result of which they aren't quite on either side of the taxi.

Oh well, near enough.
