Originally I just shot the staircase. Then the woman with the ponytail walked towards it and I had a shot of her approaching it as the only person in the frame. Then two more people appeared, then another two. Then I noticed the way that they will walking directly perpendicular to each other and decided that this would be today's PAD. There was something about the way that the two guys' knees and lines of sight just lined up that took my fancy. Pure coincidence of course, I couldn't have staged it, but a piece of serendipity.

The only small problem is that for some reason the Olympus decided to rotate the shot by 90°. Oh well, easy enough to fix in Photoshop.
