140218_2182474 Waiting For Their Ship To Come In (Tue 18 Feb)

It's not as obvious as I'd hoped from this shot, but the guy on far left is wearing the 4 gold stripes of a ship's captain. I'm guessing that he's just about to take over command of the Captain Cook III cruise vessel which is approaching from the right. A couple are down on the wharf looking like they're about to board it as well. The couple who are walking past? No connection, I suspect.
