Looking toward the steel works on an overcast Saturday morning, a bunch of dedicated surfboarders prepare to face the waves. On the right a pack of more sensible seagulls take to the air instead.

I'm still over a month behind in posting my shots (as well as with a lot of my favourites viewing), but as noted in the preceding image I'm hoping that the combination of a budget project that's nearing completion and the hiring of an assistant on a 6 month contract will give me a bit more shutter and processing time.

Alas for now it's back to the grind...
