...is directly proportional to the elasticity of the cardboard.
Although I've written previously about the difficulty of having cats pose for the camera, there is one exception. For most cats a nice cardboard box is the feline equivalent of a stay at a Hilton. Accordingly I knew that all I'd need to do is place it near the window. And wait.
Sure enough, when I returned El Gato (Lucy) had booked her suite. "Iz mah box. I know you wish that you had such a nice box, but iz mine. Go away with your click box and find your own box!"
Yes, that is a pretty sizeable box. But this is a pretty sizeable cat.
And that's it for a, photographically speaking, grossly underperforming 2012. (At least for me.) Actually I still have a few past PADs to fill in, but there are no further days on which to do new PADs in 2012, more's the pity. I actually wouldn't mind having a do-over of this year not because it was exceptionally bad, but rather because it could have been done so much better.
That now has to wait until 2013 so to all who have visited this year, I hope that your own 2013 is much better than 2012, no matter how bad, indifferent or good your 2012 was. Have a great new year, all.
