Here we see another kinetic sculpture in stainless steel, steel and ball bearings by Japanese sculptor Hiroyuki Kita, somewhat like his Wind For Tomorrow 2010 from last year's exhibition.

The white streaks to the left of the main pole are the contrails of an airliner heading east over the Tasman, which I thought might be a touch more visually interesting than they turned out to be in the final shot.
