Today we went to grab some lunch, buy some gloves for an upcoming trip to Bleak City, and see the new movie Source Code.

Without wishing to give the plot away (and I implore you not to read any of the reviews before you go to see it, since reviewers love to do that and their ego is far more important than your enjoyment), 8 minute countdowns are integral to the film plot. It's a thriller/drama, it's a whodunit, it's smart and original, and each one of the actors in it does a brilliant job with their role. If that sounds like your thing, go for it.
