In the previous shot we saw this woman going for a jog along the water's edge. But given the surf conditions today, those seemingly harmless water flows rapidly swell into... something a bit more fast-moving and rapid-rising, as we see here.

Addendum: My personal opinion is that Facebook is a sociopathic organisation that steals other peoples' intellectual property (including the images in this gallery) despite being explicitly denied permission to do so. Facebook going out of business would IMO be a net gain for humanity.
