Oh the ironing. I waited so long for my A team of the 40D and the 24-105 to be reunited, yet the first two PADs are from my B team of the 300D/28-135. (I would have used the 40D yesterday but I had to waste time on a fruitless pursuit again and had none to spare.)
Today I took the B team back to the office where it normally lives, and went out for a wander at lunch time to get my shootin' eye back in. I shot a range of subjects but the one that appealed to me most was this one. It's winter here of course but every so often you'll find plants in flower. In the case of this tree there was one, just one, flower sprouting in otherwise completely green-leafed and un-flowered branches. It may be just my imagination, but the flower does seem a touch surprised to be there.
