Far less dramatic than the panorama that I did back in 2006 (the light and the sky don't fall your way every time...), this panorama shows the new wind farms being established around Lake George. It means that even if I do re-visit the Lake next autumn to pick up that threatening and golden light, any future images will still look different indeed. (Except for the "lake" still probably not having any water in it; for almost three years now I've been visiting Canberra every few months, and not once have I seen this "lake" with even a shallow cover of water. Three years.)
This pano is much more "zoomed in", and takes in the hills roughly in the right hand quarter of the 2006 shot.
The six shots were done at 67mm, ISO 100, f/22 at between 1/15th and 1/25th of a second, and stitched together in Photoshop CS3.
