This aircraft was flown by a pilot with 50 hours of time in the aircraft and he impacted the ocean after buzzing a fishing vessel at low altitude. The aircraft was recovered by a Coast Guard buoy tender from USCG Base Miami Beach and I happened to take these photos after it was offloaded onto the dock area.
