15 beemerfiles attended the tech day in Burbank, IL, hosted by Marty Joda. John Jarosz was highly impressed that everyone had such well maintained machines that there was very little wrench’n to be done. Don Beverage Sr. and Jr. rode over from Indiana along with John and Don Berg (MOA #55). Dan Morris and I were planning on rewiring Steve Priby’s bike but Steve decided he preferred the flickering lights and pretty sparks that the current wiring offered. He did however finally fix his Spinning Exorcist Winkers which involved a blood sacrifice on my part. Marty’s girlfriend Maureen and wife Kathy fed everybody grilled burgers and brats.

Dave Schuitt, John Droz and Bob Zwahlen were also in attendance as well as Paul Kluempers from Indianapolis and Larry Meeker from Florida.
