This had to have been one of the most delicious meals of my life. No kidding! This local fish called Mojarra Roja is absolutely to die for. Its rich flavour and fresh, juicy white meat goes amazingly well with coconut rice, salad and fried bananas. Can you say ... YUUUUM?!
