I am not an astrophotographer, nor an astronomer. I'm a stargazer!
This is Comet Hyakutake C/1996B2, taken March 25th, 1996
at 0400 UT in North Carolina. I believe you can see all of Ursa Major at
the middle to top left, and Bootes to low right. Virgo is at top right corner.
I believe the brighest to the right is Arcturus. And Coma Bernices is visible.
