Musée des Archives Nationales, Marais, Paris

I worked a little today on my small etching of a column capital
seen at Musée des Archives in the Marais, Paris. This is a sketch
derived from a photograph I made during a visit.

I think I am pretty much finished and can go ahead and print this.
Probably on toned 'Domestic Etch', and as it is only 5x5, maybe I will
put it on 15x10 bottom weighted, just to give it some power in the
space. A little gem in a fancy setting. :-)

I'm happy with this piece. It more or less came 'too easy' if that
makes sense (but has made up for others which are wearing me out !).
