This model (but not this actual camera) was my ammo pouch camera during the Vietnam
years - about 1966 to 1972. Light, versatile for auto or manual, 72 images per 36 roll,
and one small 625 cell which lasted a year. I used it many times, and although I kept it
in the soft leather pouch, it had a hard life and shared some explosive bedfellows !
Not surprisingly, given the use and abuse, it became too rusted and scratched up, and in
a moment of temporary insanity, I threw it away. Maybe, I tried to throw away memories?
Notwithstanding, after a long search, I have found a replacement, in (rare) good condition
and working order, with pouch, carry/wrist strap, and a roll of vintage film inside. :-)
The Demi ee17 was the only camera I needed to complete my ownership and use record,
and so my 'personally owned and used' collection is complete. Welcome home, Demi !
