Ensign All-Distance Box

Charleston SC

All metal 'crackle finish' box camera from 1927 for 6x9 cm negatives.
Three apertures, Time and Instant speeds, reflective viewfinders for vertical
and horizontal, or pull out wire frame. Pressure plate for film, and an
unusual swing to side section to allow film loading. The name of the
camera derives from the lens having two positions, for under 9 feet,
and for infinity. This camera is in fine shape, and has an instruction booklet
and a sand colored canvas soft case with leather strap.

A great find. I'm nostalgic when it comes to this vintage. My first camera was a 1917 folding camera...but I like my Canon 5D Mark 2
