Agave #2

Awendaw, South Carolina

Nice in 'Original' Size

I was intrigued by the MC Escher effect on these leaves. As the new leaf grows,
it seems that the outer layer image is burnt on to the new skin, much as you
would make a 'photogram' by placing a leaf over a sensitised surface and letting
the Sun work its UV magic. The longer you look at this center leaf, the more
your eyes will deceive you.
