What a treat! They served us fusion cuisine at this place. The meal consisted of 7 or 8 dishes, starting with appetizer, salad, something in between, main dish, desert, etc. The husband is a cook and cake decorator and the wife went to school and spent 8 years in New York. Both run a hotel in Tsurui that was started by her mom.
