This vendor is selling a stew-like dish. There is toufu, veggies, chili, some meat pieces inside and the soup base has coconut milk in it. Uncut ketupat is roughly the size of your fist and it is cut into smaller rice cubes to provide the dish the "filling" part.

I asked the vendor for permission to take pictures of him and what he is selling. After done so, I wanted to offer my gratitude. He smiled and politely declined my offer. He said he was is doing fine. I thanked him again and walked away very impressed.
