I like this lit-from-below moon. Kneeling on our lower deck, in snow, at 7:45pm, working w a flash light, cable release, tripod and 400mm lens through a 2X teleconverter. Focus isn't great. Shutter speed is too slow, but no wonder, with the lens stopped all the way down! Not thinking clearly, that's certain. About 20 minutes earlier I left my Visa card on the table at Mizumi's restaurant.. With any luck I'll mark the end of January w a better shot tomorrow.
