Finger Print in Yeast

Sandy, Utah

Second attempts with this 60mm lens. Noticing that camera position
radically influences close-in focus I bought a Kirk ball head (BH3)
and focusing rail (FR1) along with the L-bracket (L1) mount for the
Canon 40D. These shots were taken using these 3 components on my tripod.
The Kirk gear is very well made and nice to work with.

This is one of the last apples on our tree. Before shooting I buffed
the left side of the apple, leaving the yeast on the right side (almost)
untouched. I left a finger print, took a picture, then ate the apple.
