Reno Balloon Race 2006

These photos were taken at "dawn patrol" where hundreds of people show up to see the spectacle of lights put on by the balloonists. Interestingly, you have to have a special license to fly your balloon at night (probably a good thing!). These photos were taken between 5 and 6 a.m. at Rancho San Rafael Park, Reno, NV on Saturday Sept 9.
