This is one of those photographs where the only proper response is -- wow! On the other hand, I'm sure you were happy to be on the ground; the folks in the ferris wheel must have been reminded of the Blitz.

That's amazing. It looks so seriously wrong (smoke, fire, darkness) but we know that it is a celebration. Great effect. V. Christine
