Hi Bill, There is no boating activity in this area, as water is present after rain only, its not flowing water. Photograph was taken at begining of peak summer season.

I am puzzled. I can only assume this is a resort not yet occupied. The Colorado River is crowded with thousands of pleasure water-boat occupants. There is no off-season. I hope you'll show a follow-up photo when they are "Open for business!"
