MiG-21: A rég várt találkozás - MiG-21: The long-awaited encounter

A pápai repülőtér nyílt napja után (2014. június 28-án) maradt egy kis időnk, ezért barátaim és én a Pápához közeli Magyargencsre utaztunk. Az ottani haditechnikai parkban sok-sok év után végre beülhettem kedvenc repülőgépem, a legendás MiG-21 bisz vadászrepülőgép pilótafülkéjébe!

After the open day at Pápa Air Base (on 28 June 2014) we had a little time left, so my friends and I travelled to Magyargencs, which is adjacent to Pápa. In the military technology park of the village I could finally, after many years, sit in the cockpit of my favourite plane, the legendary MiG-21 bis jet fighter!

It must be very exciting to sit in a real fighter cockpit. In all the aviation museums I have visited so far most do not allow the visitors to sit in the cockpit. Thanks for sharing !! VV
