Ce musée regroupe les oeuvres de Michel Maurice, un artiste passionné de nature. Pendant 57 ans, sillonnant ses forêts vogiennes, Michel "l'Enchanteur" a cherché puis façonné plus de 1000 racines, les métamorphosant en lutins, oiseaux, animaux ou personnages féériques au gré de son imagination.

This museum brings together all the work of an artist passionate about the nature. During 57 years, Michel the "Enchanter" collected roots and branches in his native Vosges mountains and transformed them into animals, birds, flowers or fairy elves according to his imagination.
