Fantastic... I prefer the colour version too. I'm guessing this might be a shot of him in earlier years (or his son?) and I first thought, it's a shame that the photo in his hand is out of focus, but then, that is actually quite brilliant as it naturally lends to the nostalgia (a fading memory)...of course that's what you intended, right :-) ?

I prefer the colour shot - the brown colouring has a wamrth that is relevant to the nostalgia of the shot
